Packaging Design

The Good Judy skateboarding kit is a fictional product that promotes inclusivity and accessibility in skateboarding. The kit takes all the stress out of shopping for parts and leaves the fun bit (picking out your deck) to the consumer. The Good Judy kit is for everyone, but mainly targets women and queer folks, as they are less represented in skate culture.

From designing the visuals to building the structure of the box, every detail was considered and incorporated as a design element, with hex-nut-shaped thumb grabs and slapped-on sticker style to boot. The gift box includes a set-up guide, wheels, trucks, a T tool, bearings, and hardware.
